is the 2018 article actually good evidence to call Annie nine[]
If you look at the image of Annie shown at http://www.nickalive.net/2018/03/nickelodeon-greenlights-new-original.html she is wearing a different outfit (full blue dress, black leggings instead of red) than her final version. The original looks younger so I'm not sure the statement about her being 9 in "Pony" should carry over to us assuming she's still 9 when they finalized the show as "It's Pony" by 2020.
Are there any more recent things which say she is nine?
I ask because watching President Annie they seem to go out of their way to avoid giving that information when Pony expresses ignorance about it... "by that time she'll be... however old she is now, plus fifteen years!"
